The winner of Matchweek 14 in the League’s official fantasy tournament scored 80 points – 13 more than the squad selected by the AI model.
As a reminder, the manager with the best Fantasy QJ League squad at the end of each matchweek receives a KZT 20,000 certificate from COPA.KZ. This time, the highest-scoring roster belonged to Bexultan, who claimed his first win of the season.
Norman_AK also scored 80 points, but lost out to Bexultan due to having fewer total points over the course of the season.
The majority of the winner’s points came from Daulet Orynbasar, who scored a hat-trick against Aktobe. With Rasul Akimov absent from the pitch, the points multiplier went to Orynbasar, doubling his tally from 14 to 28 points.
Another successful decision was including Zhas Kyran forward Alan Lukanin in attack (9 points, one goal and one assist). Shakhter players also played their part, with defenders Kirill Satzhanov and Meirlan Baltabayev, as well as goalkeeper Alikhan Shaizada, earning 7 points each.
The squad selected by artificial intelligence for Matchweek 14 finished the weekend with 67 points. Among its key mistakes were the absences of Akimov and Alikhan Abdi, as well as two yellow cards received by Irtysh defender Timur Titarenko.
Plescavica_Team (1017) remains the overall season leader, followed by olegforwards (1010) in second place, while V26 (995) completes the top three.
The season winner will receive an iPhone 17, while the second- and third-place finishers will be awarded a PlayStation 5 and an Apple Watch respectively.
