QJ League Awards 2024: Best Coach nomination

Sergey Maslyonov (Tobol) – an experienced coach, who managed to bring his team to a new level, thanks to competent tactics and inspiring work with players. After a difficult start to the season, Tobol continued to stick to its style of play, and was able to pull together and give a seven-match unbeaten streak, which allowed to catch up with the teams from the leading five.

Pavel Zayats (Shakhtyor) – distinguished himself with outstanding results, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different situations and motivate his team to win. Throughout the season, the Karaganda club was the only team to impose a struggle on the champions from Kairat.

Ruslanzhan Raimbakiyev (Kairat) – known for his innovative strategy and ability to develop young talent, which has significantly strengthened his team's position in the league. Raimbakiyev's team demonstrated an outstanding level of play for the second season in a row and secured the league title ahead of schedule.
