Freedom QJ League on “Qazsport Alany”: Full Episode

One of the key innovations of the League’s third season was the introduction of a licensing requirement that mandates each club’s football center to have a dedicated physician working exclusively with QJ League teams.

Azamat Nurmakhanov, the League’s sports medicine expert, explained how having a dedicated medical professional at the football center helps minimize injury risks for young athletes and keeps them in optimal physical condition throughout the championship. He also highlighted the importance of close cooperation between medical staff and coaching teams.
