Fantasy QJ League: Top Performances in Matchweek 8

Almas Rakhimbek (Irtysh, midfielder) – 17 points

Almas delivered his best performance in two years in the League. He scored twice against Kaysar and assisted Beibarys Abilmanov, earning 13 points. An additional 3 came from playing 83 minutes, recording 7 ball recoveries, and contributing to a clean sheet.

Beibarys Abilmanov (Irtysh, midfielder) – 12 points

Beibarys fell just five points short of his teammate. He registered two assists, a goal, and earned a bonus point for his appearance on the pitch.

Nurislam Kairatuly (Zhas Kyran, midfielder) – 11 points

Kairatuly was one of the key figures in the match where Kairat dropped points for the first time. He reduced the deficit with a goal in the 68th minute and then assisted Ramzan Mussayev in the 88th. He played the full match and made 7 ball recoveries.

Azizjon Berdiev (Taraz, midfielder), Alibek Zharilkassynuly (Kaysar, defender), Yernar Toigozy (Irtysh, midfielder) – 10 points

Berdiev played a vital role in the win over Atyrau, scoring a goal and making 17 recoveries.

Zharilkassynuly scored his second goal of the season against Aktobe and assisted Zhanbolat Azimkhan. However, he was deducted one point due to a yellow card.

Toigozy earned five points for his goal, plus additional points for 11 recoveries, minutes played, and a clean sheet against Tobol.

After Matchweek 8, Abilai Toleukhan still leads the overall standings with 90 points. He is followed by Naiman Satenov (Shakhtyor, 64) and Tore Ismagulov (Kairat, 59).

Each matchweek’s top-performing squad is rewarded with valuable prizes from the League. At the end of the season, the overall winner will receive an iPhone 15, while the second and third place finishers will take home a PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and an Xbox Series X, respectively.
